For X and Y, a friendly neighbourhood bakehouse and bistro in Alipore, our focus was to build a sense of community through social media. Keeping the tone of communications casual and light-hearted, we touched on their specialties - their freshly baked breads and dishes as well as their warm and inviting ambience - through a mix of static posts and organic reels.
